The 2019 Dublin Gliding Club courses are scheduled for the following dates:
Course 1: June 26th – 28th (Fully Booked)Course 2: July 24th – 26th (Fully Booked)
Each course is open to all – beginner, novice to advanced. The schedule includes ground school and flight instruction enabling beginners to experience gliding for the first time, or more experienced pilots to improve their skills.
The course fee includes :
- Ground schooling
- Flight Instruction, (Student to Instructor ratio is 3/1). Maximum is 6 students per course.
- Glider rental
- 6 launches/flights
- 5 months club membership of the club
The fee for the course is €460. Course students taking out full membership within the 5 month period are entitled to a book of 5 flight tickets to be redeemed for launches during the full membership period.
