Dublin Gliding Club would like to congratulate Brian on his first solo at Gowran Grange on Saturday May 1st 2021. Brian has been a member since early 2020. Prior to joining the club Brian was a member of Cambridge Gliding Club and had taken a short break from gliding before becoming a member of our club. Since then Brian has been a regular student and has flown in the club nearly every weekend that the club could operate during Covid-19 restrictions which makes this achievement even more worthy. Brian was already a solo pilot from Cambridge Gliding Club and now that Brian is now solo again, we wish him many happy hours of soaring.
